1) Do you install and service?
Yes. We handle installation, filter replacement, and routine maintenance. Both one-time service and Annual Maintenance Contracts (Standard or Comprehensive) are available.
2) Is there any warranty for your product?
  • Water Coolers & Dispensers – 1 year warranty on all models.
  • RO Purifiers – whichever comes first (litre usage or 1 year):
    • 24L model – up to 33,000 litres or 1 year
    • 60L model – up to 60,000 litres or 1 year
    • 80L model – up to 70,000 litres or 1 year

After the litre usage is reached, the RO membranes need replacement. Once replaced, you can use the purifier for another cycle (33k/60k/70k litres) per model.

3) Which model suits my team size?
  • Up to 80 people24L model
  • 80–120 people60L model
  • 120+ people80L model

If you have a commercial kitchen/canteen, usage is much higher. Please consult our experts before ordering.

4) Do I need an RO purifier?
Not always. If your water has TDS < 100, an RO purifier is not mandatory. In such cases, Carbon + Spun filters are sufficient for safe drinking water.
5) Do I need to replace filters every 3 months?
No — unlike many brands, our recommended models run up to 1 year without filter change when correctly sized. This keeps ownership economical and hassle-free.
6) What are the requirements for installing a water dispenser?
  • ½ inch BSP thread water line
  • 230V AC, 15A electrical connection
  • Overhead water tank for continuous supply

Once connected, the dispenser refills automatically — no manual top-ups.

7) If it refills automatically, why not use a 24L instead of 80L?
Auto-refill ≠ instant refill. A 24L tank suits small groups but may not keep up during peak simultaneous demand. The 80L model provides buffer storage so water is ready when many people draw at once.
8) How much electricity does the water cooler consume?
With normal weekday use (5 hrs/day, Mon–Fri), expect about 26 units per month — very economical to run.
9) What about service availability?
We provide pan-India service support. The design also allows trained local RO technicians to service and replace parts easily.
10) Can I customize the model (logo/design/capacity)?
Yes. For B2B/bulk orders, we offer custom branding and special builds to match your requirement.
11) Can I install it outdoors?
No — this is an indoor product. Install in a place protected from direct sunlight and rain for best performance and durability.
12) How much do filters or spares cost?
